Every workout is scalable for your abilities, injuries, and goals. We’ll do everything we can to make your fitness journey fun and enjoyable so you want to keep coming back!

New to CrossFit
If you have never worked out before or are an experienced mover but have never tried CrossFit before, we have specific programs and scaling options so you feel met at your current ability.

Experienced athlete
You can continue to grow here. If you’ve been doing CrossFit for a while, took a break, are looking for a new gym, or want personalized performance 1:1 coaching–we’ve got you covered. Sign up in the “Store” under the “Membership” tab using the button below.

Visiting from out of town and need a box to drop-in on? Or looking to try out a different gym, experience different programming, and meet new people? Either way, we’d love to see you! Purchase a drop-in under packages in the store and visit the schedule page for class times.
Classes & offerings

Community group classes
Our regular Community Group CrossFit classes run daily throughout the week. Our programming strategically varies from Metcons to strength building days. Each class includes a custom warm-up tailored to the workout, mobility, and the workout–all guided by one of our coaches.

community saturdays
Get your sweat on and bring a friend with you! Our CrossFit Community Saturday classes are available for anyone of any level with or without CrossFit experience, every Saturday morning. Partner and non-partner options of the workout are available.

Learn CrossFit
Our Learn CrossFit Program is designed for any individual who wants to train in one of our ongoing group classes whether they are a beginner to working out or are an experienced mover but have never done CrossFit.

Barbells and babies
Our Barbells and Babies classes run on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 9:00am and include child minding. Get your workout in and bring your littles with you while meeting other moms in the area.

Weightlifting club wednesdays
Weightlifting Club runs every Wednesday at 6:30pm and is open to members of Bedrock and drop-ins. This class gives you the chance to get in extra Olympic lifting technique work with one of our NCCP trained coaches

Kids & Teen classes
CrossFit Jr. Teens (ages 9-13) and Teens (ages 13-18), gives youth an introduction to weight training, mobility, and structured workouts. Our programs include one, two, or three classes per week. CrossFit Teens classes are a great complement to many sports such as hockey, football, lacrosse, and archery!

Performance Coaching
Our Elevate Performance Coaching includes many options to fit your lifestyle needs and goals. Work 1-on-1 with an experienced coach for a unique program written and coached specifically to your current level.

Nutrition coaching
Our Elevate Nutrition Coaching offers a one-time nutrition assessment or the on-going support of a coach with weekly check ins. Your coach will help guide you to your goals, help you better understand tracking, macros, and educate you on how to make small changes overtime to create a sustainable diet unique to you and your lifestyle.

On-site health practitioners
We have on-site health practitioners ready to support you and your training. Regular support for your body helps you train better and longer.
