Barbells and Babies is a 6 Week Program to help you get your strength and body back while learning movements that you can use in our Community CrossFit Classes.

A program for women, designed by a woman.

The program runs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11am-Noon. Babies, toddlers, and children up to the age of 5 are welcome to join and participate. Participants can sign up for as many consecutive programs as they wish; there are no duplicates.
