Join Bedrock CrossFit on Saturday, February 11th for our Bedrock Heart Breaker!

This one-day competition is a team event with mixed teams of two (male/female). Bedrock Heart Breaker has 2 divisions (Rx and Scaled). The goal of this competition is to bring the community together and provide a fun competitive atmosphere for all athletes. There will be four workouts plus a final for the Top 4 teams in each division.

We are going to test your physical strength, mental toughness, speed, endurance, and power all in one day to find the winner of the Bedrock Heart Breaker.

Prizes for the top 3 in each division!

PRICING: Cost is $200 per team. Register before January 25th, 2023 to guarantee t-shirt availability. Registration closes February 5th, 2023.
