Join Bedrock CrossFit on Saturday, February 12th for our Bedrock Heart Breaker!

This one-day competition is a team event with teams of two (male/male and female/female). Bedrock Heart Breaker has 2 divisions (Rx and Scaled). The goal of this competition is to bring the community together and provide a fun competitive atmosphere for all athletes. There will be four workouts plus a final for the Top 4 teams in each division.

We are going to test your physical strength, mental toughness, speed, endurance, and power all in one day to find the winner of the Bedrock Heart Breaker.

Prizes for the top 3 in each division!

EARLY BIRD PRICING UNTIL DECEMBER 31st: Cost is $180 per team. From December 31st to February 1st, cost is $200 per team. After February 1st, cost is $220 per team without the guarantee of t-shirt availability.
